A mixed-use development comprising of 4no. towers up to 150m in height with a large common basement and podium, including an upgraded tube station, and a cutting-edge new campus for UAL’s London College of Communication.

A complex project requiring coordination with multiple third parties, business owners, utility providers and sensitive historic assets.

Scope of Work

  • Management of temporary works designs related to the tower cranes, hoists, and other temporary works schemes
  • Peer review of the Contractor’s tower crane and hoist strategy. Production of a peer review report identifying risks and opportunities for the proposed strategy
  • Development of 3D and 4D simulation models for critical temporary works items
