Trojena is NEOM’s futuristic mountain tourism destination in northwest Saudi Arabia, featuring ski slopes, luxury resorts, residential villages, and adventure facilities. Set within dramatic natural landscapes, it offers year-round tourism and sustainable design, positioning Trojena as a pioneering high-altitude retreat within the NEOM mega-development.

Scope of Work

  • Management of construction engineering scope of works for permanent roads and associated infrastructure
  • Reviewing and coordinating the constructability of the design, while producing design documentation from concept to developed design
  • Development of construction sequencing and methodologies, construction programmes, logistics plans, construction vehicle analysis, and many other elements
  • Development of 4D simulations and staged sequences
