The Project

Neom Trojena is a visionary component of the Neom mega-city project in Saudi Arabia. This specific area within Neom is dedicated to becoming a world-class tourist destination, set against the backdrop of stunning natural landscapes.

Neom Trojena includes the construction of a large man-made lake bed, dam structures, access roads, and infrastructure.

Scope of Work
  • Management of construction engineering scope of works for permanent roads and associated infrastructure
  • Reviewing and coordinating the constructability of the design, while producing design documentation from concept to developed design
  • Development of construction sequencing and methodologies, construction programmes, logistics plans, construction vehicle analysis, and many other elements
  • Development of 4D simulations and staged sequences
