The Project

Three residential blocks comprising of 312 individual CLT modules which required complex engineering, sequencing and quality management.

These three towers of Uptown create a stunning geometric pattern on the skyline and provide best-in-class amenities for residents including a gymnasium, cinema room, stunning roof gardens and front-of-house service to make this a truly special residential experience.

Scope of Work
  • Technical Management of the construction of three cross-laminated timber modular buildings ranging from 8 to 12 stories in height
  • Design management of the structural engineering package including remediation to constructed modules, updates to the latest British fire code requirements and constructability of the system
  • Management of factory module inspections and NCR identification and closure process
  • Management of temporary works on site including mobile cranes, hoists and mast-climbers
