BIM Model Review
We complete a detailed review of the BIM model for its use in 4D and 5D applications. This will identify any discrepancies in the model for the originator to update and increase the overall quality of the model.
Modelling of Temporary Logistics and Construction Stages
Using our large library of temporary works items, we develop a 3D model including all temporary works, logistics and site surroundings. We then split the design model based on construction joint locations and sequencing.
4D Model Development
We construct a 4D construction simulation by linking programme activities to model elements, this results in a visualisation of the project’s construction phase.
